Robert was one of, if not the, nicest guys I've ever met. Always prepared to help, whether it be advice, or roll up his sleeves and dig in. Willing to put himself out for others without the slightest hesitation. Always good mannered, happy and kind. never a bad word for anyone, nor have I ever heard a bad word spoken of him. An inspiration in many ways, least not on his bike - I will miss him on days out, he always pushed me to be a better rider and I enjoyed every journey, I wish there had been more but who would have known! Loved by everyone who knew him - including our dogs, even if that sentiment wasn't reciprocal ;-)! We miss him greatly, but he's with us always.
